VFIT (Variable Flow Intelligent Tiles)
When sufficient air flow isn't available in server environments, especially when servers and racks are installed at a high density, hotspots can occur which reduce cooling efficiency and significantly increase operating costs.
To mitigate this, air flow management systems have been developed to remove such hotspots and to improve the efficiency of aisle containment systems.
We supply and install VFIT intelligent tiles, which can be easily integrated into the raised floor of your data centre, making it easy to fit or retrofit as required. They also have the ability to be configured according to the needs of your specific environment, making it a virtually bespoke option.
Fresh air hybrid plenum boxes
We can supply and install enhanced control systems that monitor and automatically modulate the air mix for optimum energy efficiency, while maintaining desired fresh air requirements.
When outside air conditions are right, ambient temperatures may be suitable for free cooling. In such conditions, the mixing damper can be set to close and the system will use full fresh air for optimum energy efficiency. When fresh air isn't required, such as early morning pre-heat or pre-conditioning periods, the mixing damper can be automatically set to full recirculation, again for optimum energy efficiency.

UPS enclosures
Our secure GRP (fibre-glass) enclosures offer complete protection and full environmental control for UPS (Uninterruptible power supply) and battery systems.
They're lightweight but robust, making them ideal whether your needs are temporary or permanent, large or small and they're available in a range of configurations to suit any requirement you may have.
For larger, permanent installations, we can provide stackable metal enclosures to keep the ground footprint at a minimum.
Generators
Onsite generation is essential to ensure your systems keep running smoothly if your main power source ever surges or fails.
We supply and install the same optimum standard and specification of generators that we use in our own data centres, so you can rest assured that these products are robust and fully up to the job.
What's more, as well as simply providing your generator, you don't even have to maintain it if time or resources are in short supply. Our managed service includes regular maintenance of your installation, and if you ever have any issues, just get in touch and we'll get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Temporary power
If you're planning a building project or need additional power to provide backup while you address a fault, talk to us about supplying a temporary power source to your site.
We loan containerised UPS and generators, which can be easily installed and connected at your site or supplied to you for installation by your own engineers.
