Services include authorised switching duties, signalling and metering, emergency power off maintenance, shunt units, primary and secondary injection testing below 33kV, earthing studies and protection coordination.
4ON CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
HV and LV Maintenance
4ON provides nationwide maintenance for high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, protection, testing and switching support. Access to manufacturer spares helps shorten recovery time when equipment fails.
Supported HV equipment
We work with equipment from manufacturers including ABB, Schneider Electric, Lucy and GEC Alsthom.
Low voltage switchgear
Maintenance is available for switchgear up to 6300A and can include protective device testing, overhaul and control system maintenance.
ACB and MCCB testing
Air circuit breakers and moulded case circuit breakers can be serviced and secondary injection tested as part of a planned maintenance programme.
Busbar and coordination
Busbar systems, discrimination and protection coordination can be assessed so faults are cleared predictably and safely.
